Here’s how to order:

1. Review the photos on the main page so you know what style you want.

2. Choose the date you want your wreath to be ready. Our wreaths are made to order, so to give each one the care and attention it deserves we limit the number we promise to complete each week. Once you place your order, we will put your wreath on our schedule and do our best to have it ready for you by the date selected. You may pick it up (or have it shipped) on or after that date. Wreath shipping is done 1-2 days/week, so your wreath will be shipped the week after your “ready by” date.

3. Indicate quantity. If you would like to order multiple wreaths of the EXACT SAME SIZE, STYLE AND BOW - you may order them in one form (just adjust the number desired in the “quantity box”). If anything is different, please complete a separate order form or clearly detail the differences in the comments.

4. Click the ADD TO CART button and additional options will pop up for you to choose from.

5. Select the size of your wreath or swag.

   1. SMALL - approximately 15-17” wide (also makes a great centerpiece!)

   2. MEDIUM - approximately 18-20” wide

   3. LARGE - approximately 20-24” wide

   4. EXTRA LARGE - approximately 28-36” wide

6. Choose your wreath style. SEE PHOTOS AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE FOR WREATH STYLES AND BOW EXAMPLES. This is the fun part! You may choose a fresh, undecorated greenery wreath with no decorations (a “naked” wreath) or select options noted below. We can also create a custom wreath unique to your specifications.

   • Naked wreath - no decorations, just the greenery (add on a bow for $7)

   • Wreath Witherspoon, traditional - Our best seller! Includes 5 pinecones (on a large size, 3 on a small) with berries, NO BOW

   • Wreath Witherspoon, with a bow - Includes 4 pinecones with berries, and a bow

   • Wreath Richards - 3 pinecones with berries, bow

   • Georgia O’Wreath - pinecones alternating with berries, bow

   • A-Wreath-a Franklin - pinecones, no berries, bow

   • Custom wreath - Select the “custom” option in your order form, and then contact us using the "contact us" form or email BelleRockFarmVA@gmail.com to discuss customization. Final price will depend on materials and customizations.

7. Choose your pinecones. Natural pinecones are standard, but you may choose to replace them with Frosted pinecones (while supplies last). Or choose neither if getting a naked wreath.

8. Choose your bow. If your wreath style includes a bow, you may choose either a pre-made red velvet bow (waterproof) or a custom made bow at no extra charge! See photos for custom ribbon/bow available options (these are limited in quantity, so substitutions may be necessary - bows will be allocated on a first-ordered basis).

   *PLEASE NOTE: Custom bows are not waterproof and not recommended for outdoor use unless well-protected from the weather

9. Confirm understanding that your $25 due at the time your order placed is a DEPOSIT. The full balance is due upon pick up, shipping or delivery. All sales are final and you will forfeit your deposit if you don’t pay the full balance or don’t pick up your wreath.

10. Add any comments - specify bow if different from above or any other customization. Include note if this is a gift!

11. Click the ADD TO CART button and either continue shopping or check out. .
